Brief JD of Sales trainee’s profile:
- Drive sales volume for the territory.
- Ensure execution in every outlet
- Control over company assets
- People management: Lead the team of pre-sellers/MDs.
- Report to the ASM
Training duration: 6 months.
CTC details: Rs 16,000/-, for 6 months during training as stipend, & after the training period their salary will be fixed in between 3.0 Lacs to 3.5 Lacs based on their performance.
