Job Description
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
Learn the architecture of the platform and assure that the architecture is maintained as features are added to the system
Required to use a number of different programming skills to develop the software or application
An ability to think logically
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
Work as a team to provide delivery of the product according to the schedule.,A successful candidate in hands-on knowledge either in Dotnet or Java skills and trends
