The Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology has organized a two-week training program on “Design of composite Structures” under VTU-Mission Empower 10000 from 04th to 20th Aug 2014. This programme was inaugurated on 4th August 2014 by Dr. P K Dash, Chairman, Bangalore Aircraft Industries Ltd and Dr.K.S.Deshikachar, Director, NES, Bangalore. Mr.Kalivanan, VTU Executive Committee Member and Dr.Geo, Placement Officer, VTU have graced the occasion. Dr.N.Kapilan, Coordinator of this programme has welcomed the gathering and spoke about the training programme. Dr.S.G.Gopala Krishna, Principal-NCET, has highlighted the activities taken up by the university to empower the students to get the job and wished all the participants. The resource persons for this training programme are from industries and 45 students of various colleges have registered for this program. The officials of CADD Centre have come forward to be the technical and placement partner for this training programme.
