15/09/2015, Engineer’s Day Celebration at NCET
155th birthday of Sir.M.V was celebrated on 15th september 2015 in NCET, in presence of chief guest Mr. N.Ranganth, CEO, EI Technologies, Jayanagar, Bangalore, Director Dr. Deshikachar, Principal Dr.S.G.Gopala Krishna and staff members. Principal with chief guest, Vice principal Dr. N.G.S.Udupa, Dean academic Dr. Govinda Gowda and Dean R&D Dr.Y.S.Kumara swamy visited birth place of Sir.M.V and his samadhi.
An MOU has also been signed between EI Technologies, Bangalore and Departments of Civil and Computer Science and Engineering, NCET, for collaboration.

19/8/2015, MOU with Datatalk Knowledge Solutions, Bangalore
An MOU has been signed between NCET and Datatalk Knowledge Solutions, Bangalore for collaboration.
The overall objective of the DATATALK is to provide skilled resources for skill development, hands-on training on various advanced technologies to enhance employment opportunities of the students, to involve in academic and co-curricular activities that benefit the students. To achieve this objective, NCET will refer the students from their institution and provide space in campus for such activities.
Datatalk will establish “Center of Excellence in Mobile Computing / Cloud Computing ” in the CSE Dept. It will help hands on experience to the student which boost to their placement and future.
