4.00 LPA & Benefits· Annual Base Salary: Rs. 2,60,000/-· Annual Variable Salary: Rs:1,40,000/- (payable on monthly basis) |

-Broadband: Reimbursement of upto INR 1000/- every month, upon submission of valid bills.

-Group Medical Insurance**: The company will provide Group Mediclaim (for self, spouse, two children and parental cover) for Rs 4lacs with
a floating cover. |

-Group Accidental Insurance**: The company will provide Group Accidental insurance for self with a cover of Rs 10Lacs.

-Gratuity: Payment of gratuity will be as per Gratuity Act 1972.

-Provident Fund: Contribution is restricted to the minimum basic of INR 6500, any additional contributions will be through VPF.

-Transport*: Company transport will be provided within a radius of 15 kms from office as per shift schedule.
